How have people’s experiences been with ordering direct from GepRC? I oredered the new cinelog20 and it’s been a week now and it’s still processing, they have been quiet on the support side aswell.

I have the same problem as you in processing for 12 days, I had ordered it in crossfire, I have already had this problem with them. They sell their product but do not have them in stock. The last time for my cinelog 35, they were out of RX I ordered it without RX that I mounted at home.
